About The Pub With Two Names

The PWTN (aka The Pub With Two Names) is born between the collaboration of Donatello and Iain with the renowned artistic couple David and Yuge Bromley and pays homage to the iconic building and former historic home of one of the first licensed hotel in the Ballarat CBD.

Located on the Mair Street and Doveton Street corner opposite the revamped Civic Hall and near the Ballarat Station Precinct redevelopment, we are at the heart of exciting change in the city and see the venture as a great opportunity, one which deserves to be brought to life.

The PWTN has now been transformed in a unique Bar & Grill where we focus on delivering a ‘metro like’ experience in the charming beauty of regional Victoria, supporting and showcasing the best of our local producers through our food and beverage offer in a relaxed and art-filled space by David Bromley.

The iconic stables have also been transformed, maintaining the original structure and shape, in a stunning event space sure to impress.
